Butchering

We keep an extensive range of home butchering & food prep items on hand for your convience. If we don't have it we are more than happy to get it for you. 

 

Equipment

  • Tre Spade #22 electric mincers - 600w (0.8hp) has a meat output of approx 160kg/hour, a worm r.p.m of 80, & a reversing switch for blockages. Cast iron body, with a stainless steel cover. 12mth warranty.
  • Tre Spade #12 electric mincer - 480w (0.65hp) with a meat output of approx 150kg/hour
  • Mincer sizes - #5 (55mm), #10/12 (63mm), #22 (82mm), #32 (98mm)
  • Tre Spade 5lt & 8lt Sausage fillers - Stainless steel cylinder, easy to clean with 3 nozzels (10, 20 & 30mm). 12mth warranty.
  • Tre Spade Vacuum machines - the complete vacuuming system, you are able to seal & pack food in channel bags or rolls. Also using the Takaje Bottle Cap seal value you can seal any glass container with a metal lid & any liquids in bottles. All units have manual & automatic cycle options. 33cm sealing bar, 16L/min suction, dimensions 36.5x18.5x8cm. 12mth warranty.
  • Active & Fountain Rural Meat saw - a tough reliable Australian made saw. With a 3/4hp enclosed motor, sealed ball bearings, 250mm special alloy crowned pulleys, 2 blade guides, simple blade adjustment, 320mmx250mm throat, polyurethane meat tray, lift-off fibreglass door, meat cutting guide. Mincer & sausage spout can be added at any time.
  • Meat saw blades - Active & Fountain 2000 (2000mm), Coleman & old Fountain (1950mm) & Chinese (2085mm). Custom blades can be ordered.
  • Hamburger attachment - suits most mincers, comes with 4 different sized mincer attachments. Can make 20 x 100mm patties per minute.
  • Meat Cuber/Tenderiser & Jerky Slicer blades set - fits onto your Tre Spade mincers
  • Hand mincers - available as #10, #22 & #32
  • Brine pump - quality brass manual pump with a check valve for continous operation, includes intake sieve & spray needle.
  • Hand meat saw - with a 500mm stainless steel blade
  • Jerky cutting board & knife set - easy to use, enables you to slice your meat to 6mm thickness.

Meat Flavourings

  • Sausage Roll premix 2kg - easy to make & amazing sausage rolls.  Simply mix 2kg mince, 2lt cold water, 400gm of premix & 600gm of breadcrumbs and you will need 15 sheets of frozen puff pastry. This qty will make 120 x 15cm sausage rolls. Freeze them raw & simply bake them in a 180° oven when you feel like hot fresh sausage rolls.
  • Beef Pie premix 2kg - Simply mix 2kg mince, 400gm of premix, 400ml of cold water & 1600ml of hot water. 
  • Hamburger premix 3kg - Simply mix 2kg mince, 250gm of premix & 250ml water. Shape your patties & freeze ready for your next BBQ.
  • Rissole premix 3kg - French Onion
  • Jerky seasoning 200gm - Original, Inferno, Cracked Pepper & Garlic.
  • Jerky Variety box Original 300gm - includes Hickory blend, Cracked Pepper & Garlic, Cajun blend, Original blend, Mesquite blend.
